Lori Ritchey

Lori Ritchey has over a decade of marketing experience, and moved into the field of hospitality marketing in 2013.  She has gained wide recognition for her skills, earning a 2018 HSMAI Adrian Award for website design resulting in ROI of 7,041% within three months of launch and was awarded Martin Resorts 2017 Most Valuable Player.  Lori has been consulting for Blu Hotel Investors since July 2017 and moved into her new role, Director of Marketing, in September 2018.

Her passion lies in the art of visual storytelling by crafting compelling stories via beautiful website design, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.  Lori has a wide range of skills, and prides herself on her attention to detail, adaptability, and leadership.  

As marketing manager for Martin Resorts, Lori managed a redesign process of eight websites, grew and managed their email database to over 100,000.  While working for Position A, she grew their client base by over 500%.  And, as marketing coordinator of Tilly’s Clothing, she developed and implemented the “Tilly’s We Care” program.  From researching and analyzing the market to executing multi-channel digital campaigns to producing every aspect of photo shoots, her skillset is diverse. 

A truly versatile marketing professional, Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a Minor in Marketing from California State University Long Beach.
