With nearly 20 years of hospitality industry experience, Rony Husein has special expertise in identifying, evaluating and executing hotel investment transactions, as well as advising third party owners on strategic planning, brand selection, design and overall development of hotel projects.

He was previously Sr. Director of Acquisitions and Development for Pacifica Hotel Investors, a hotel acquisition, development and asset management subsidiary of a California based private equity firm. During his tenure with Pacifica, he was involved in underwriting, structuring and executing over $250 million in hotel real estate transactions. He also took part in the asset management of Pacifica's $400 million portfolio of hotel properties. Prior to joining Pacifica, he held a series of executive level positions with choice Hotels International -- among them Director of Extended Stay Brand Strategy, Director of Corporate Development and Director of Franchise Administration. Prior to Choice Hotels, he held various roles in the rooms and food and beverage departments with Park Hyatt Washington DC.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
